Cinnamon Rhubarb Punch

A modern take on a traditional punch. Hot cinnamon is slowly stewed in a copper pot of wild rhubarb and tangy baked apples. Juicy peach adds sweetness, further aided by caramelised brown sugar and vanilla. A garnish of clove completes that cosy warm feeling.
