Refund policy

As scent is subjective to each individual we don't offer returns on our products that you don't like the scent of. 

This is one of the reasons our pods aren't massive in sizes (approx. 50g) so you don't have a huge pod of something you may not like. 

If you unsure of a scent by it's name or description then please message us and we can do out best to explain what it smells like once melted to help you make your decision. .
