A wax melt is a piece of wickless wax that is scented with fragrance oil and may be coloured with dye.

When heated in a tealight or electric warmer these little blocks of loveliness release the scent of the oil into the air.

Our wax melts are made from a premium soy wax that is specifically designed for wax melts only.

We chose this wax as it allows an easy release from the pod case, it is easy to snap into segments and is easily removed from your warmer.

Our melts are designed to be melted in a tea light or electric warmer.

Simply snap one or two segments and place into your warmer dish.

We personally prefer using a tealight warmer as this gives off a stronger throw. However, during our testing, electric warmers were also used - handy if you have little ones or pets.

It sure is! Our products are sent in carboard boxes.

The empty plastic pods are made from recycled bottles and can be recycled again.

Our samples are packaged in glassine bags which are made from 100% wood pulp and therefore are 100% recyclable and biodegradable.

The packaging peanuts we use are biodegradable too.

Shipping is FOC (48hr tracked) on orders over £30.00, automatically applied - no code needed.

Dispatch time is usually around 3 working days but may be longer during busy periods.

We also offer FOC local (East Kilbride G74 and G75) on orders over £20.00.

Your item(s) must be returned in an unused condition and in it's original packaging.

We will accept returns for faulty or damaged items, however we cannot accept returns for disliking a scent. Enjoying a scent is down the individual, and so unfortunately we cannot accept returns for this reason.

Postage is at the expense of the buyer.

If your item has arrived damaged then we will refund you the costs of postage (up to a max value of £3.75) along with the order refund.

Always keep proof of postage when returning items to us.
